**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and hardworking Virtual Assistant with bookkeeping expertise to help manage and reconcile financial records, support CRM updates, and ensure smooth business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, values accuracy, and is willing to learn new tools while helping a business thrive.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Reconcile bookkeeping through QuickBooks Online
• Update and organize transactions into categories (create new categories as needed)
• Ensure monthly balance sheets are accurate and consistent
• Assist with CRM updates (including commission tracking and verification)
• Answer phone calls professionally
• Help with appointment scheduling and client coordination
**Qualifications:**
• Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and balance sheets
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

**Working Hours:**
• Part-Time (20 hours per week)
• 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time)
• Graveyard Shift for applicants in PH
