Job Description

ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are being retained to search for an experienced professional on behalf of our client who needs:

Title: Administrator
Administrative Professional to support the team and contribute to key projects. This role combines administrative excellence with opportunities for involvement in acquisition-related activities.

Responsibilities:
-Track expenses, and coordinate with accounting to ensure timely invoice payments.
-Liaise with vendors and maintain effective follow-ups.
-Schedule and manage regular daily/weekly conference calls for executives and the management team.
-Assist in ordering and tracking equipment for new hires to ensure timely delivery.
-Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, internal communications, and status reports.
-Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for executives.
-Provide support for acquisition-related projects, ensuring smooth execution.
-Offer general administrative support, including mailing/shipping, printing, scheduling coordination, office setup, and maintaining office equipment.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an administrator, ideally with exposure to property acquisitions, construction, or surveying.
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
-Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
-Solid background in scheduling and office management procedures.
-Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
-A proactive, inquisitive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
-Experience in construction, surveying, or paralegal work is a strong plus.

Location: Hackensack, NJ

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 plus benefits: healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and holidays
