Job Title : AI/ML Engineer Quality & Process Compliance

Job Type : W2

Experience : 2-10 Years

Location : Houston, Delaware

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Update and maintain defect logs , ensuring timely resolution and tracking of issues.
• Design, implement, and execute test scripts to validate AI/ML models and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of AI/ML solutions.
• Follow and enforce Agile, Safe Agile, and DevOps best practices in AI/ML workflows.
• Ensure compliance with quality processes, governance policies, and timelines .
• Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and optimization of AI/ML models.
• Provide support in debugging and resolving production issues related to ML pipelines.
• Maintain documentation for test cases, defect tracking, and quality assurance processes.
• Work with tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, JMeter, Postman, and Splunk for testing and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Microservices, REST, SOAP, and CI/CD pipelines .

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
