About the Job
_ We are looking to hire electrician helpers/apprentices with at least 1 year of experience who want to continue to learn the trade. This position is Full-time and based in the Sarasota and/or Pinellas County area. _

We will pay to get you trained. With our Employee Apprenticeship Program, we will pay for your tuition to attend school and get certified while you’re employed with us.
We want you to grow. The Company will pay for advanced education that supports the mission of the business. Upon passing a company-approved course and/or training, the Company will pay 100% tuition reimbursement. Moreover, an employee who requests and receives company-approved sponsorship for an apprenticeship program through IEC or another accredited electrical apprenticeship program will have their tuition paid in advance. The company has full discretion to approve or deny said tuition reimbursement. Any employee who is interested in this benefit should reach out to Human Resources and their direct Supervisor.
