A well-established and respected financial institution is seeking a skilled BSA Analyst to join its Compliance & Risk Management team. This role is essential to safeguarding the organization, its members, and its community by ensuring full adherence to BSA/AML, OFAC, and fraud-prevention regulations.

Review and audit transactions and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper authorization
Monitor account activity for BSA/AML and fraud using Verafin and other systems; investigate suspicious behavior and recommend next steps
Prepare and file CTRs and SARs within required timelines
Compile and submit monthly BSA-related reports for leadership
Manage and review FINCEN files, ensuring accurate uploads and timely resolution of member matches
Review and investigate internal suspicious activity reports submitted by staff
Monitor OFAC matches and ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately
Maintain and complete daily Verafin monitoring checklists
Evaluate business risk assessment forms, confirm information, and apply appropriate risk ratings
Support ongoing risk management initiatives and assist with audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance both member and employee experiences
Complete all required compliance and professional development training
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
3–5 years of experience in BSA/AML, fraud, or compliance roles
Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general banking operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong service mindset and desire for continuous improvement
Experience with Verafin is a strong plus
