Responsibilities

• Create automation of analysis using shell scripts or any other scripting language like Python.
• Perform EDA on sales / inventory / transaction data provided.
• Create canned reports and visualizations using reporting and visualization tools like PowerBI / Report Builder / Tableau.
• Develop complex SQL queries to model and shaping / reshaping of data.
• Communicate effectively with immediate team members and other members of the organization.
• Create balancing script between on perm and cloud-based snowflake database tables.

Skill Requirements

• SQL /Scripting Language like python, shell scripts.
• Reporting and Visualization tools like Tableau and Business Objects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.
• Snowflake experience is plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 37.5 hours per week during the summer. 
• Internships will only be considered if course of study includes data analysis / information systems / data science.
• Must have completed at least two years of higher education study or technical school with substantial equivalent credit hours.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $34,320-50,357. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
