Description of the role: The Childcare Director at The Sapling School in Kendall Park, NJ plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and management of our childcare facility. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with staff to create engaging and educational programs for children.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
Event planning
Community Events
Payroll
Manage budgets and financial operations.
Manage the Universal Preschool
Knowledge in Grow NJ
Communicate effectively with parents and families.

Requirements:

Director experience in a corporate childcare center.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of state regulations for childcare facilities.
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
