Tasks:1. Provide general administrative support and quality assurance oversight to the Mobile Crisis / Emergency services teams.
2. Management of event processing exception reports to ensure that Mobile Crisis / Emergency services billing is processed correctly.
3. Management of Mobile Crisis / Emergency services schedules
4. Assess for, develop, or improve workflow processes that would benefit Mobile Crisis / Emergency services teams as well as develop personal knowledge of the processes for both teams.
5. Responsible for taking meeting minutes at the Mobile Crisis / Emergency services staff meetings.
6. Collects data for state or agency driven projects.
7. Responsible for assisting clinical staff in the maintenance of the client information in the electronic health record including, but not limited to, program admission and discharge, eligibility, treatment team configuration, diagnoses, and other portlets/screens as needed.
8. Assist with EHR training and problem solving.
9. Monitor reports and participate in record audits.
10. Willingness to be cross trained in all aspects of program assistant level support as well as providing coverage for team when needed.
11. Other duties and responsibilities assigned which are consistent with employee's training and experience.
