Look no further! gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Construction industry, seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join their dynamic team.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about commercial roofing and have at least 5 years of experience in the field. As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a key role in securing new projects and ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.

Position Responsibilities of Estimator :

* Conduct on-site evaluations and measurements
* Prepare accurate cost estimates using Edge software
* Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing

Position Essential Job Functions of Estimator :

* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Skills of Estimator :

* 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
* Proficiency in Edge software is a must
