We're looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our growing portfolio and help lead high-profile commercial builds from pre-construction through closeout.
Description
Assist in managing all phases of big box retail construction projects
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Maintain project documentation and logs
Attend site meetings and assist with progress tracking and reporting
Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and field personnel
Support project closeout and punch list management
Profile
3+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with big box retail projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, documents, and scheduling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Ability to travel to job sites as needed
