About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Content Brand Strategist to support the day-to-day content engine for Becca Luna’s personal brand – executing and optimizing written content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, and email. You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact, conversion-driven content that supports our growth goals and reflects Becca’s unique voice and tone.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on writing, repurposing, and optimizing content for omnipresence. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to craft and deploy messaging that supports launches, evergreen funnels, and brand storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who comes from a personal brand, content marketing, or creator/podcasting background and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments where voice, conversion IQ, and adaptability matter more than polish or perfection.

This is a Part-Time remote role.

We are looking for a Content Brand Strategist specifically with these requirements:

  • 3-5+ years working with 7–9 figure personal brands in the info/coaching or digital product space.
  • 5+ years in content strategy, copywriting, editorial, or brand marketing roles.
  • A strong writing background with an emphasis on conversional, high-impact content (emails, Substack, carousels, captions).
  • Proven ability to repurpose and optimize content for omnichannel presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, Email, etc.).
  • Experience managing Instagram content, especially carousel storytelling and high-volume output.
  • Prior work with small, high-output teams or personal brands generating $10M+ in revenue.
  • A gift for writing in and adapting to a founder’s personal voice and tone.
  • Familiarity with tools like Substack, Kartra, and ManyChat (or similar automation platforms).
  • Bonus: background in content for podcasts or creator-led brands.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Owning and managing the written content calendar across Substack, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email Writing and publishing weekly content. Substack posts, segmented email campaigns, Instagram carousels, captions, and creative briefs.
  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms, and evolving it as needed with agility and intuition.
  • Repurposing content for omnipresence and crafting strategic messaging that supports launches and evergreen offers.
  • Pitching and testing new content ideas weekly to boost visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Using KPIs and audience feedback to optimize performance and guide content iterations.
  • Keeping all bios, links, pinned posts, and CTAs aligned with current campaigns and offers.
  • Staying culturally relevant and proactive, bringing fresh trends, hooks, and insights to the table regularly.
  • Executing end-to-end: from idea to draft to final publication.
