Key Responsibilities: * Assist the dental team during patient exams and procedures. * Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment. * Capture and develop dental radiographs (X-rays). * Provide efficient chairside assistance during dental treatments. * Educate patients about oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. * Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure outstanding patient experiences. Qualifications: * Dental Assistant certification or equivalent education. * X-ray certification valid in the state of Michigan. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced dental setting. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. * Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix) is highly preferred. * Prior experience in a dental practice is required.
