Step into a role where precision meets purpose. We're seeking a Document Control Administrator III to be at the center of our Process Safety Management (PSM) efforts - ensuring that people, processes, and performance align with the highest safety standards.

What You'll Do

As the Document Control Administrator III, you'll be the backbone of compliance and safety documentation. Your role will include:

  • Lead PHA (Process Hazard Analysis) Coordination
    • Validate and manage Process Safety Information (PSI)
    • Schedule and coordinate attendees for PHAs
    • Provide facilitators with accurate data and ensure quality control follow-through
    • Support project PHAs as needed
  • Guide PSM Evaluation for MOCs (Management of Change)
    • Review and evaluate scope changes to confirm safety-critical requirements are addressed
    • Assess temporary MOC extensions and approve safe progression
  • Own PSI (Process Safety Information) Accuracy
    • Update and maintain documentation with MOC redlines and corrections
    • Keep all safety information audit-ready and reliable

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Working knowledge of PSM regulations and refinery/process safety hazards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills to connect across teams

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of refining and/or chemical industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Hands-on expertise with PHAs, MOCs, and PSI management
