Job Description

Position Overview: The Drafter at ZEMLOCK LLC will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for various projects, collaborating closely with engineers and project managers. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) to produce detailed drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and design parameters.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project updates.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design reports and project timelines.
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of design standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to support project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or a related position.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes is a plus.
