Drafter/Detailer - Remote

A leading pre-engineered metal building manufacturer is looking for a skilled Drafter/Detailer to join the team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience using MBS software and a strong background in detailing for metal building systems.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed fabrication and construction drawings for metal building projects.
Work within MBS software to generate layouts, connections, and structural components.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Review and revise drawings to comply with project specifications and industry standards .
Troubleshoot design and detailing issues with internal teams.

Requirements:

MBS software experience is required (minimum 3-5+ years preferred).
Background in pre-engineered metal building detailing .
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar detailing software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication with the team.
