As an Event Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting our event marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting with live event logistics, interacting with attendees, and helping to promote our mission while increasing brand visibility. Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of live events, including setup, breakdown, and attendee interactions.
Represent the organization at events, communicating our mission, values, and key messages to attendees.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and attendees to strengthen brand visibility and foster community ties.
Engage with event attendees, answer questions, distribute promotional materials, and provide relevant event information.
Gather attendee feedback to help assess event success and provide suggestions for future improvements.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Experience: No prior professional experience required; internships or volunteer work in event marketing or public relations is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are essential.
