We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of event planning and execution from start to finish, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and meets client expectations. This position requires strong communication, logistical planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all elements of events from concept through execution

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

  • Conduct site visits and oversee venue setup and logistics

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with event objectives

  • Prepare and manage detailed event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations

  • Monitor event performance and address any issues that arise in real-time

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations during events

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools

  • Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings or weekends as needed
