The targeted compensation for this full time year round, exempt position is $70,000/year. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Collection and is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

Programming & Experiences
Execute partnerships, programming, events, and special projects as directed by the marketing team on annual and seasonal experience strategies that align with business objectives and our Soul of the Place.
Create comprehensive Banquet Event Orders or Standard Operating Procedures to ensure experiences & events are launched at a high quality and with internal alignment.
Serve as the project lead for all experience projects. This is the point person who communicates and collaborates with inter-departmental teams to project manage, operationalize, align on logistics, and coordinate events, programming, and experiences, ensuring timeline and execution are on point and consistent.
Manage relationships with local partners and vendors. Serve as local ambassador and network to find new local partners that can help bring the soul of the place to life.
Communicate with local vendors and hosts as needed for smooth operations. Manage invoices, set up new vendor accounts, and handle any partner rooms.
Internal Communications & Training
Strategically develop ways to turn our team members into the best experience storytellers who sell more experiences. This includes thinking about heart of house communications, team member trialing experiences, and rallies.
Share information, collateral, and details about all experiences and activations with internal teams:
Join AM and department rallies to receive updates on upcoming programming, new experiences, and more.
Schedule regular meetings with sales, reservations, concierge/itinerary designers, and front office teams to update on upcoming events, programming, etc.
Promote new experiences and events with enthusiasm, inspiring team members to understand why we do them and the essence of the place.
Calendars & Collateral
Update website, special collateral, property signage, and calendars in partnership with the marketing team
Purchasing, organizing, managing experience inventory, and storage
Maintain experience venues, addressing and following up on maintenance & repair issues, and organizing storage areas with the property team
Miscellaneous creative projects and brand maintenance throughout the property as needed
Experience Marketing
Ensure all available experiences are published and bookable.
Capture videos/content of experiences + events
Draft Alice text messages regarding programming/experiences
Join PR calls to communicate updates on upcoming programming, new experiences, etc, for external media outreach
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure reservations are confirmed (for rooms, dining, spa, experiences, etc.) and that itineraries are created for all Tastemaker/Media visits
Ensure proper VIP forms and information are shared with the property team
Act as a tour guide for media guests and VIPs as needed
Guest Journey
Work with the marketing, digital, and concierge teams to ensure the pre-arrival journey includes experience touchpoints
Support the implementation and Standard Operating Procedures of all guest amenities, including turndown, welcome & departure, as well as special occasions
Identify opportunities to improve further, customize, or personalize a guest's experience based on guest feedback and strategic opportunities to further bring the soul of the place to life
Ensure property represents the soul of the place through OS&E and is maintained via music, flowers, and decor. Flag and propose solutions for items that are not bringing the soul of the place to life
Clear, enthusiastic, and strong communicator, able to work collaboratively and support cross-functional project teams
Ability to take ideas from initiation to execution; adapt and revise plans as developments necessitate in real time
Independent worker who can be a leader and a property ambassador for the marketing team
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time efficiently
A passion for visual excellence and consistency
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
Computer Literate; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Google Docs
Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus: InDesign, Photoshop
A willingness to follow procedure, complete tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, maintain proper attendance, and comply with company policies
