**About the Role** We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for moving materials throughout the facility using stand-up forklifts, managing shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. **What You'll Do** + Transport materials and finished goods to designated locations using a stand-up forklift. + Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently. + Verify shipping and receiving details against invoices and internal records. + Pick and prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking. + Receive and process inbound raw materials following established procedures. + Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and SAP updates. + Support recycling and sustainability initiatives, keeping the work area clean and organized. + Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. **What We're Looking For** + 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations. + Recent stand-up forklift experience required. + SAP and RF scanner experience preferred. + Strong attention to detail and time management skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + High school diploma or GED. **Why You'll Love This Job** Join a hardworking, collaborative team where your contributions keep operations running smoothly every day.
