Lead and manage the residential install process from start to finish
Ensure a smooth positive customer experience with proactive communication
Coordinate with sales and install teams to keep jobs on schedule and on spec
Conduct on-site visits when needed to confirm quality and installation standards
Track performance metrics (KPIs) daily weekly and monthly
Use spreadsheets to monitor install efficiency and provide insights
Manage ordering staging and delivery of equipment and parts
Ensure all documentation (warranty rebate financing etc.) is accurate and submitted on time
Follow up with customers at seasonal check-ins and at 1-year and 2-year mark to drive retention
Help the team meet our goal of completing 3 installs per day while maintaining quality
Experience in HVAC installations or related field preferred (HVAC knowledge is a plus)
Strong understanding of KPIs and how to use them to improve performance
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent organization problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional under pressure and customer-focused
Self-motivated dependable and detail-oriented
Comfortable with occasional site visits to resolve technical or customer concerns
