An excellent client in Ft Lauderdale is seeking a Junior Associate Attorney . The Junior Associate Attorney will join a growing practice and work in the area of Community Association Law.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* 2+ years of experience in Community Association Law is preferred.
* MUST have a litigation background.
* Draft and review the governing documents that govern the operation of the association.
* Prepare research memoranda.
* Draft discovery documents and correspondence.
* Work with a variety of individuals in the HOA.
* Assist with educating new community members, corporate governance, enforcement of the governing rules.

* College degree and Juris Doctorate Degree required.
* Must be organized and a self-starter.
* Must communicate effectively.
