• tRequired: Current, valid driver’s license
• Required: Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements

• sPreferred: Experience working with one or more of the following (or similar): seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, demonstrated creative skill

sResponsibilitie

• sAssisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanu
• pHelping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of resident
• sBeing willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assigne
• dCoordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when neede
• dCommunicating effectively with residents and staf
• fAdhering to company policies, procedures and safety guideline

sPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred, but it is not required
