About the role

 

As a Manager, Partner Management, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, developing product expertise, optimizing partner operations, and executing go-to-market strategies to achieve key business objectives. We will count on you to drive and manage partner investment contracts focused on initiatives that grow their business and deliver measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities are:

· Proven ability to drive marketing strategy for all segments.

· Experience managing and developing a team of Partner Champions and Business Development Managers.

· Strong focus on growing profitable market share and positioning key Partner programs and offerings to drive profitable growth.

· Ability to provide focus through sales and technical enablement, including field + inside, sales and technical alignment.

· Strong ability to establish a Partner lifecycle program that focuses on the Land/Adopt/Expand/Renew methodology to ensure clients receive the best ROI from their investments.

· Experience providing ROI for Partner Investment, including strategic joint business planning, partner reverse marketing, delivering results, and enabling GP retention.

What we’re looking for

· Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.

· Minimum 5 years of related experience in a corporate environment.

· Minimum 3-5 years in a team management role.

· Experience in technology industries, such as Information Technology, is highly desired.

· Executive presence: ability to effectively present effective information to top management, public groups, or other leaders.
