Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the seamless flow of materials necessary to keep our projects on track and meet our high standards of excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Quality Assurance, Production), manage supplier's portfolio for ensuring goods delivery at the right time, quantity, and place based on Alstom needs, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Coordinating with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules,
Negotiating with suppliers for better terms when necessary,
Tracking shipments and updating internal teams on the status,
Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and company policies

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field,
Experience or understanding of supplier relationship management and procurement processes,
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP,
Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles
