We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant & Receptionist to join our team. This is an entry-level position that plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly and making visitors feel welcome. Training and ongoing support will be provided, and we’re happy to make reasonable accommodations to help the right candidate succeed.
This opportunity may be a full time position for one person or a shared part time role between two people. This position requires in-office attendance at our headquarters on the Northside. This role is hourly and non-exempt and has a starting salary of $15-$18 per hour, commensurate with experience, skillset, and availability. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm with a half hour meal break. A successful candidate will have a friendly personality , be dependable with the ability to follow a routine or schedule, and be detail oriented and organized .
