Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success and recognition.

PMO Analyst

About the Role

 As a PMO Analystat Trianz, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of cloud transformation and migration projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and project leaders. In addition to core project coordination responsibilities, this role emphasizes analytics capability — including the ability to work with Excel, AI tools, and data visualization — to drive effective reporting and insights.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow into a career at the intersection of project management and data-driven decision-making.

 What You'll Be Doing:

 1. Project Support and Coordination

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and execution frameworks.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate team meetings, standups, and stakeholder reviews.
• Maintain detailed project trackers, logs, and task boards.

2. Analytics & Reporting

• Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) to track metrics, analyze project data, and generate reports.
• Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini) to improve documentation, summarization, and communication efficiency.
• Assist in creating data visualizations and dashboards using PowerPoint, Excel, or basic BI tools to support executive reporting.

3. Documentation and Communication

• Maintain structured documentation including meeting notes, action items, and project charters.
• Create reports and summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.

4. Task & Resource Management

• Monitor team workloads, resource availability, and assignments.
• Track task progress and escalate any roadblocks or delays to PMO leadership.

5. Risk and Issue Management

• Maintain risk and issue registers.
• Support the identification and resolution planning for project-level risks.
• Assist in compliance tracking and quality assurance.

Who you are:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical project coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Familiarity with AI tools for documentation or task automation.
• Acumen in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, PowerPoint, or MS Project.
• Organized, analytical, and collaborative with strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to cloud platforms or IT infrastructure through internships or coursework.
• Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Project management certifications (e.g., CAPM, Agile Fundamentals) are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or analytics-support roles.

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime hiring.

Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labour across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD $60000 to $ 70000.There will be a 5% Bonus on base pay. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
