AMAVI is a new restaurant opening in Miami this May, and we’re building a strong, reliable Prep Team to support our kitchen from day one.
Our prep cooks are the foundation of our operation—responsible for keeping everything running smoothly, consistently, and cleanly. If you’re dependable, organized, and take pride in your work behind the scenes, we’d love to have you on board. What You'll Do:Assist in daily prep of vegetables, proteins, sauces, and more
Follow recipes and prep lists with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized station
Support chefs and line cooks as needed during service
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Show up on time and ready to work as part of a team
Some kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
Attention to detail and solid knife skills
Ability to stay focused and organized under pressure
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
