Licensed Showing Agent Opportunity – Orange County

We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent to join one of Orange County’s top-producing real estate offices, where multiple high-performing teams are actively looking for agents to help manage their growing volume of leads. This commission-based opportunity offers rewarding commissions, hands-on mentorship, and consistent opportunities to build real-world experience while growing your business.
In this opportunity, you’ll assist with property showings, client communication, and lead follow-up while gaining full visibility into the sales process. You’ll collaborate directly with experienced agents and team leaders who provide guidance, systems, and structure to help you gain momentum and build confidence quickly.
First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Lead generation
• Real estate sales

• Execute appointments
• Sales scripts mastery
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• A real estate license is required • Sales experience
• Working Rights in the USA
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
