Responsibilities :
● Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job
candidates
● Partnering with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
● Connecting clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
● Proficient utilization of recruiting tools and materials
● Cold calling, qualifying, screening, and prepping candidates and clients for interviews
and assisting in the negotiation of job offers
● Conducting reference checks on candidates
Requirements:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Consistency in perform a high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
● Comfortability establishing relationships over the phone
● Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
● Effective negotiation skills
● A degree is preferred but not required
