As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, assisting with inquiries, scheduling services, and resolving issues related to lawn care and mosquito services. Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to customers via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Address customer concerns, compliments, or complaints related to services or billing, ensuring resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Foster positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with team members, technicians, and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Must have knowledge/background in agronomics, lawn care, or related field 
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of lawn care is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection for remote work.
