Job Description

We are looking for an SAP HCM/Payroll QA/Test Consultant to validate payroll processes, tax compliance, integrations, and year-end processing for US Payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and test plans for US Payroll in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors EC Payroll .
Conduct Payroll Parallel Testing, Gross-to-Net validation, and Year-End Testing .
Validate compliance with US Payroll regulations and tax filings (W-2, W-4, 1099, 941, 940, FUTA/SUTA, ACA reporting, etc.) .
Verify Payroll Control Center (PCC) dashboards .
Test integrations with third-party payroll providers .
Automate payroll testing using Worksoft Certify, Tricentis Tosca, or Selenium .
Document defects and work with functional/technical teams for resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll testing (US Payroll) .
Knowledge of US Payroll taxation, deductions, and wage types .
Hands-on experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) .
Experience with test automation and test management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, etc.) .
