High-end Commercial/Industrial S ecurity S ystems I ntegrator based in Westchester County, NY that is growing rapidly in The Tri-State area has an immediate need for a n Operation’s Manager to m anage approximately 50 employees as well as the P&L for the company . We need someone that is hands on and that will come to the office every day.

We are looking for someone with 5++ years of high-end commercial/industrial Operations M anagement experience in the security integration field. You will be responsible for putting policies and procedures into place which will help to take the company to the next level . We need someone that is both process and people focused that can bring the best out of their employees.
