Job Description

Gpac is partnered with one of the top 10 fastest growing mechanical construction companies in the US that is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager who has 6 + years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Project Director or in a similar role. They will be someone who is personable, has high energy, and brings a strong sense of leadership, direction, and commitment to our projects in the greater St Louis area.

Requirements:

-Do you have 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Mechanical Construction (HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing)?

-Do you have HVAC trade school or college degree in HVAC or a degree in Construction Management?

-Are you familiar with construction management software packages, such as, Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, BlueBeam, P6, Viewpoint and/or Autodesk?

-Do you have experience with estimating and the ability to utilize this knowledge to complete estimates for change orders and be able to extract estimated hours to build a resource-loaded schedule?

-Are you able to read and comprehend construction documents?
