DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SOUS CHEF
As the Sous Chef at Sodexo Live! in Austin, Texas, you'll engage your culinary expertise to prepare, portion, and present a diverse range of delicious food items for all meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special Events. Your role encompasses operating a variety of kitchen equipment, expertly handling ingredients-from washing and cutting fruits and vegetables to trimming meats and fish.
