Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Irvine. This role requires a high level of expertise in financial management, reporting, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

• Manage and reconcile credit card statements monthly.
• Prepare and track construction loan draws and intercompany transactions.
• Generate property level reporting as required by lenders.
• Compile monthly close workbooks, including reviewing trial balances for necessary accruals.
• Oversee job cost reports, working closely with the transaction manager.
• Administer Yardi software, including bank account management and property setup.
• Initiate and prepare wire transfers, ensuring confirmation of wire instructions.
• Conduct book transfers between entities as needed.
• Record monthly ACH payments and determine if they are prepaid or require accrual.
• Prepare journal entries for real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Support the accounts payable cycle and manage weekly check runs.
• Assist with external audit requests and tax filing processes.
