Title Order Officer

This is a new, high-impact role for someone smart, efficient, and resourceful. As our Title Order Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing the intake of all new orders, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and ready for production.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming title orders immediately.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, sales reps to fill in missing information.
Pull and match historical data, validate property details, and set up clean files.
Trigger all necessary searches and prepare the deal for the title team.
Requirements:
No title experience required – we’ll teach you the technical side.
Must be high IQ, fast learner, and naturally curious.
Ability to problem-solve in real-time and hunt down answers.
Strong phone/email communication – this is a people-facing role.
Highly organized, accurate, and responsive.
