What You’ll Do:

• Create and lead training sessions that boost sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching to keep our team sharp and motivated.
• Collaborate with sales and operations leaders to identify where training can make the biggest impact.
• Bring real-world residential roofing sales experience to tailor training that hits the mark.
• Track training results and celebrate wins, big and small.
• Develop helpful resources like videos, cheat sheets, and e-learning modules to support ongoing learning.
• Stay on top of industry trends to keep training fresh and relevant.
• Foster a culture where learning is fun, continuous, and celebrated.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Proven experience in training or sales training—residential roofing sales experience is a big plus.
• Great communication and presentation skills that keep people engaged and excited.
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative to get things done.
• Creative thinker who can develop fresh, effective training materials.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning tools is a bonus.
