Description You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content that showcases our RVs, tells our brand story, and drives customer engagement across multiple platforms. This role manages the full video production process—planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing—with quick turnarounds to meet marketing needs. You’ll capture b-roll, interviews, product walk-throughs, and lifestyle footage, then turn it into polished videos optimized for each channel. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll track video performance, stay ahead of trends, and help shape Bish’s RV’s content strategy. This in-person role will be based out of our Dealership Success Center in Meridian, ID—ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives on producing impactful videos at scale.

- Manage the full video production process from concept to final edit.
- Capture b-roll, interviews, RV walk-throughs, and event footage.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Use analytics to improve video performance and engagement.
- Stay current on video trends, tools, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to support business goals.
- Innovate and educate the team on video strategies and technologies.
Responsibilities As our Videographer, you’ll own the entire video production process — from concept to delivery — producing engaging content that connects with our audience across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pre-Production & Planning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm video concepts, campaigns, and creative strategies
- Write or refine scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to guide production
- Plan shoots efficiently to maximize output and minimize turnaround time
- Production
- Determine, prepare, and maintain the necessary camera, audio, lighting, and production equipment
- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, and lighting for both studio and on-location shoots
- Capture high-quality footage, including b-roll, interviews, product demos, and event coverage
- Occasionally appear on camera or assist in directing on-camera talent
- Post-Production
- Edit video content into polished, high-impact deliverables for YouTube, social media, ads, and internal campaigns
- Ensure quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality
- Color-correct, balance audio, add motion graphics, captions, and other effects as needed
- Content Distribution & Optimization
- Upload and optimize videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and internal platforms
- Collaborate with the team to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results
- Stay up-to-date on video trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to keep our content competitive
- Collaboration & Education
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals
- Educate the team on new video technologies, tools, and strategies
- Contribute ideas to campaigns and promotions to maximize engagement and conversion
What You’ll Bring - Creative Vision: A passion for storytelling and an eye for capturing compelling visuals.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in videography, lighting, audio, and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to turn around 2–3 polished videos per week without compromising quality.
- Social Savvy: Understanding of content trends and best practices for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures every video reflects Bish’s RV’s brand, voice, and high standards.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Able to adapt quickly during shoots and troubleshoot technical challenges on the fly.
- Collaboration: Works closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align video content with business goals.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
Resources - Professional Equipment: Access to high-quality cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting kits, microphones, and other production tools needed to create standout content.
- Editing Software & Tools: Subscriptions to industry-standard platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) or DaVinci Resolve.
- Creative Support: Collaboration with an experienced marketing team for scripting, storyboarding, and campaign development.
- Content Access: Full access to RV inventory, dealership locations, events, and exclusive behind-the-scenes opportunities to capture unique footage.
- Brand Guidelines & Assets: Ready-to-use logos, motion graphics, templates, and style guides to maintain consistency across all video content.
- Marketing Insights: Analytics and performance reporting tools to help you measure impact and refine your creative strategy.
- Ongoing Learning: Opportunities to stay on top of the latest video trends, emerging tech, and platform best practices through training and workshops.
