• Job Summary:**

We are currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders/Lumpers for our facility in Redlands, CA. As a Freight Handler, you will be responsible for tasks such as unloading, receiving, loading, and general warehouse work. The role involves heavy lifting and requires individuals who are efficient, reliable, and dedicated to supporting our warehouse operations.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks on a daily basis
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety practices
• Must be able to work 1st shift, Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm
• Candidates must reside locally in Redlands, CA

Responsibilities
• Unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely (no equipment will be used, unload by hand)
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments
• Load and stack products onto pallets or into trailers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the dock and throughout the warehouse

Benefits
We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $17 to $24 per hour based on performance. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off benefits. Daily pay App options are available for quick access to earnings, with bi-weekly payroll cycles.
