Join our team as a Waste Water Operations Lead ! We’re looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
This position has a base rate of $29.20-$43.80 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Operation and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment equipment.
Have a valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle to collect samples off plant site. Be able to climb ladders 20 to 40 feet, heights on ladders and stairs when required. Obtain company certification to drive a forklift.
Have the ability to physically clean wastewater tanks with squeegee.
Clean as required for safety and housekeeping around tanks, pumps, building and lagoons.
Work in organic sludges as required. Operate sludge Belt Press
Handles, acids, caustic’s, and polymers when required, listed MSDS sheet and training available.
High School or equivalent is required. Bachelors from an accredited university in environmental sciences or chemistry is preferred.
3-5 years in a Waste Water operator role. Knowledge of standard software applications, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of caustic's, acids, and polymers.
Work area subject to outside elements. Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights of up to 40 feet. Some chemical handling, must be able to wear appropriate protection gear. Hard hat and safety shoes are required. Safety glasses, rain gear, and other gear to be worn as required. Walking of approximately two miles per shift is required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
