💼 Position: Flexologist
📍 Location: Greenwich, CT
💰 Pay Rate: $24–$28/hour + tips & commission
🕒 Schedule: Part-time and full-time positions available (20–40 hours/week)

🔍 What You’ll Do as a Flexologist:

• Deliver expert one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client’s needs
• Perform movement assessments and adjust stretch protocols accordingly
• Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention
• Build relationships and promote membership options for continued wellness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

✅ Preferred Backgrounds:

We welcome candidates with movement and bodywork experience, including:

• Certified Personal Trainers (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
• Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs)
• Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) & Chiropractic Assistants
• Yoga or Pilates Instructors
• Kinesiology or Exercise Science Graduates
• Athletic Trainers, Dancers, or Bodywork Professionals

 

✨ Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional movement or bodywork experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented, punctual, and coachable
• Strong passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others thrive

🎓 Paid Flexologist Training:

All new hires complete StretchLab’s industry-leading Flexologist Training Program —a paid, 30-hour certification led by Master Trainers. You’ll learn proprietary stretching methods, deepen your knowledge of anatomy and mobility, and gain the skills to deliver high-quality sessions.
