We're looking for someone who genuinely loves children, especially toddlers and infants, and who is proactive, engaging, and nurturing. Responsibilities include caring for the children, playing and interacting with them throughout the day, organizing their play areas, helping with their laundry, cleaning bottles, and keeping track of diaper and supply inventory. Most weeks, you'll work four 10-hour days (6:30 AM - 4:30 PM), with a predictable schedule and most weekends off. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and access to a hybrid BMW for both work-related errands and personal use. We also travel monthly to Michigan, during which time you'll often have extended time off. We offer a warm, respectful environment where you will be treated like a valued member of our family. We would love to host someone who has strong ties to their home country and intends to return after the program to pursue their goals.
