As a People Analytics Analyst, you'll leverage workforce data, visualization, and storytelling to inform strategic decisions and enhance MSK's employee experience and organizational effectiveness. **Role Overview** + Collect,consolidate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Develop andmaintaindashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate data into actionable insights. + Conduct detailed analysesonworkforce trends, engagement, and retention to inform decision-making. + Build forecasting models and "what-if" analyses to support strategic HR initiatives. + Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs and deliver impactful data-driven recommendations. + Lead documentation, validation, and quality assurance for dashboards and reports. + Identifyopportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency using data insights. + Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance across all analytics activities. + Contribute to a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement within HR. **Key Qualifications** + Bachelor's degreerequired; Master's preferred in a related analytical field. + Minimum 5 years of analytics experience, with at least 2 yearsinHR analytics or workforce insights. + Proficiencyin Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools. + Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards (Prisma plus). + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with database querying or statistical tools. + Experience withVisieris preferred **Core Skills** + Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with high attention to detail. + Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences. + Project management capability, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders. + Commitment to confidentiality, data security, and ethical data use. **Additional Information** + Location:Hybrid,primarily remote with flexibility needed to come on site a few times a month at 633 ThirdAve, NY, NY + Reporting toManager, People Analytics **Helpful Links:** + MSK Compensation Philosophy + Review Our Comprehensive Benefit Offerings Pay Range: $99,800.00 - $159,800.00 FSLA Status: Exempt **Closing** : At MSK, we believe in fair, competitive pay that reflects your job, experience, and skills.
